Performance of the Night: Ryan Spann
Ryan Spann def. Ovince Saint Preux via submission (guillotine choke) – Round 1, 1:35
Ryan Spann (22-10 MMA, 8-5 UFC) needed only 95 seconds to take out former interim light heavyweight title challenger Ovince Saint Preux (27-18 MMA, 15-13 UFC) with a slick guillotine choke. It likely sent Saint Preux packing from the UFC after a lengthy run in the promotion.
Performance of the Night: Joaquin Buckley
Joaquin Buckley def. Stephen Thompson via knockout (punches) – Round 3, 2:17
Joaquin Buckley (20-6 MMA, 10-4 UFC) found himself in a competitive fight against two-time welterweight title challenger Stephen Thompson (17-8-1 MMA, 12-8-1 UFC). Then he knocked him out in the third round.
