NEW YORK – Michael Trizano put away Seungwoo Choi to close out one of the craziest one-round fights you’ll ever see at UFC 281.
Trizano (10-3 MMA, 4-3 UFC) and Choi (10-6 MMA, 3-5 UFC) came out looking from the finish the moment the fight began. They landed simultaneous left hooks and knocked each other down in a wild scene, and the action just picked up more and more from there.
It was clear Trizano had the edge in power, though, and he managed to floor Choi one final time to force the referee to step in at the 4:51 mark of Round 1.

Despite the spectacular win, Trizano won’t be rewarded with a fight-night bonus after he missed weight for the featherweight contest, which took place at Madison Square Garden.
It was the final fight on his contract, and he said he came out keen to make a statement.
“I was not going to be denied,” Trizano said in his post-fight interview with Joe Rogan.
