SALT LAKE CITY – There were no issues on the weigh-in scale for Paulo Costa or Luke Rockhold in advance of the UFC 278 co-main event.

Costa (13-2 MMA, 5-2 UFC) and Rockhold (16-5 MMA, 6-4 UFC) successfully made the middleweight limit on Friday morning, setting the stage for their anticipated clash.

Former title challenger Costa was 185.5 pounds – as he guaranteed he would be earlier in the week – while former UFC and Strikeforce champ Rockhold also 185.5 pounds for his first fight in more than three years.
