UFC stars and Liverpool natives 'Meatball' Molly McCann and Paddy 'The Baddy' Pimblett had a successful 2022 with both fighters stealing the show at UFC London in July.
McCann ended the calendar with a defeat at Maddison Square Garden - bringing an end to her impressive three-fight win streak. Meanwhile, The Baddy continued his rise through the ranks with a unanimous decision victory over Jarrad Gordon in Las Vegas.
Pimblett limped out of the octagon at UFC 282 and now, his plans for this calendar year have been put on hold whilst he awaits the results of his scan. The return of Meatball Molly is anticipated as she looks to return to winning ways and over the new year, there was cause for celebration as she got engaged to partner, Ellis Clark.

UFC chief Dana White revealed at the end of 2022 that the sporting event would return to the United Kingdom and the O2 in London after a successful year for British fighters which saw Leon Edwards' jaw-dropping knockout of Kamaru Usman to become Welterweight champion.
For lovers of combat sports, in particular mixed martial arts, they will be treated to a number of cards across the calendar year with a host of events lined up already.
And UK fight fans can make a note in their diaries for March 18 when the organisation returns to these shores.
Cards subject to change - all will take place on Saturday unless stated.
