A Lanarkshire woman has been cleared of causing her young nephew to drown in the bath.

Kayleigh Kerr was yesterday found not guilty of the culpable homicide of 10-month-old Logan Cruickshanks.

She was alleged to have killed him while looking after the child at her home in Easterhouse, Glasgow, on August 25, 2018.
