Uber Eats dives into catering with $2 billion buyout of company serving 140,000 US restaurants

Uber Eats is diving into catering by dropping $2.3 billion on catering company ezCater which works with more than 140,000 restaurants.

Uber announced the acquisition Tuesday of the nationwide company which caters everything from workplace parties to office lunches, and works for more than 90 percent of Fortune 500 companies.
