UAE Cuts Trade Ties With Iran as NATO Warns It's "Prepared to Address Any Threat"

The United Arab Emirates severed all trade and financial dealings with Iran late Tuesday after a missile scare triggered a rare nationwide shelter alert, and NATO followed less than a day later with one of its bluntest statements yet on defending allies as the nearly six-month-old U.S.-Israel war against Iran threatens to spread beyond the Middle East.
