U.S. VP Harris may attend the Munich Security Conference, organisers say

The Munich Security Conference will gather some 35 heads of state and government at its traditional venue in the Bavarian capital in mid-February, organisers said on Tuesday, after the 2021 meeting was held virtually due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The conference, known as "Davos for defence", brings together the world's defence and security elite at the luxurious Bayerischer Hof hotel in Munich. It has been scaled down drastically this year to comply with COVID-19 restrictions.
