Tyson Fury told he must face Anthony Joshua in 'fight of two losers'

Oleksandr Usyk's manager has claimed that Tyson Fury will face Anthony Joshua in a 'fight of two losers' once the Ukrainian defeats the Gypsy King should they ever fight in the ring.

It comes after Fury has now seemingly reversed his decision to call time on his boxing career to challenge Usyk after he defeated Joshua by split decision in August to retain his WBA (Super), WBO and IBF heavyweight titles.

Fury last fought in April, defeating Dillian Whyte at Wembley Stadium. The Gypsy King has since claimed on multiple occasions he has retired from the sport, but has gone back and forth with challenging heavyweights and teasing potential clashes, should the money be right.

Fury was asked if he would ever fight Joshua, should a bout with Usyk not materialise. He told BT Sport: "I still think people would like to see that fight. So if Oleksandr Usyk doesn't want the fight for whatever reason, then we'll go and offer AJ the fight."

In response to the message on Twitter, Usyk's manager Klimas wrote: "After Oleksandr Usyk will win against Tyson Fury, yes I believe it will bee a good fight of two losers to find out who is better."

Fury had made a variety of claims in the wake of his win against Whyte regarding his next move, saying that he would only come out of his supposed retirement for a £500 million deal before later suggesting that he would fight Joshua for free.

It has been reported that the fight is set to be held once more in Saudi Arabia, with Usyk having beaten Joshua in the middle-eastern country.
