Tyson Fury has admitted that he will likely require elbow surgery after his win over Derek Chisora, plunging a proposed undisputed clash with Oleksandr Usyk into further uncertainty.

Fury successfully defended his WBC heavyweight title once again with another dominant stoppage victory over his old rival on Saturday night, with unified WBA (Super), IBF, WBO and IBO champion Usyk present at ringside at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium to watch the main event.
