Tyron Woodley has accused KSI of avoiding a boxing fight and called for him to stop adding "comedy" to their potential contract.
YouTube star KSI - real name JJ Olatunji - made a long-awaited return to the ring back in August when he defeated two fighters in one night in the shape of rapper Swarmz and professional fighter Luis Pineda. Now he is eyeing a return to the ring in January next year with a whole host of opponents lined up for his return on the latest of his Misfits Boxing cards.
KSI has been heavily linked with the likes of professional boxers Joe Fournier and Tommy Fury, with former UFC champion Woodley also in the running to step up to the plate. And in the biggest hint yet that he could be the man to touch gloves with KSI, the American has pleaded with his rival to sign the deal.
He tweeted: "@KSI Quit running and adding comedy to the contract and trying to find a way out. See your h** a** in Dubai this weekend." The tweet has since been deleted by Paul's former rival, who will likely fly to Dubai shortly where he could come face-to-face with his potential opponent.
It will be an extremely interesting with Woodley suggesting he will join Olatunji, former rival Jake Paul and Tommy Fury in Dubai this weekend for the exhibition between Floyd Mayweather and the YouTube star's brother Deji. Woodley made the leap into the boxing world last year when he took on Olatunji's bitter rival Paul and was narrowly outpointed by split decision.
The former UFC welterweight then agreed to a rematch last December at short-notice, in which he was victim of a highlight-reel KO to boost Paul's professional record. A fight for Olatunji with Woodley would be an ideal step to provide a direct comparison to his long-term rival in a bid to make a statement to settle their differences.

And 'The Chosen One' believes he has what it takes to derail Olatunji's return to the YouTube boxing world after failing to beat Paul. “At the end of the day, KSI, I like that he’s energetic, he’s all into it, he’s all over the place, but he’s gonna get fucked up playing around with me,” Woodley said during an interview with TMZ Sports when assessing a potential showdown.
"My new slogan is ‘Don’t get fucked up by having me fucked up,’ and he’s had me fucked up for a long time, talking shit about my name. January, we can get it cracking. We can get it cracking in White Castles. We can get it cracking in the UK. We can get it cracking in Vegas. You can pull up to the golf course. When I get done doing these 18 holes, you can be the 19th hole to get beat up. So let’s get it cracking, man.”
