Former Premier League goalkeeper Mark Schwarzer has backed new Leeds United midfielder Tyler Adams to be a success in England's top flight. Adams is set to make his Premier League debut on Saturday when the Whites welcome Wolves to Elland Road.
Adams is part of Leeds' new-look midfield following the departure of Kalvin Phillips to Manchester City. The 26-year-old moving to the Premier League champions is a big loss for Jesse Marsch's side, but the likes of Adams and Marc Roca have come in to replace him.
The 23-year-old signed from Red Bull Leipzig - where he was coached by Marsch - this summer for a fee in the region of £20 million.

Adams caught Schwarzer's eye when the Australian watched him at RB Leipzig, and the former Middlesbrough, Fulham and Chelsea goalkeeper believes the American midfielder will adapt well to the Premier League.
"There's been quite a few acquisitions at the club, and obviously losing Kalvin Phillips was a big loss, but Tyler Adams is a really good signing for Leeds United," Schwarzer said on The GegenPod.
"I've liked him when I've seen him in the Bundesliga for RB Leipzig - I thought he was very good. He's a talent.
"Is that what they need? I think he's going to slot in quite well in the Premier League."
