How many rolls does it take to score a touchdown?
Well, it took two rolls for New England Patriots running back Ty Montgomery to get into the end zone and three more rolls for him to stop rolling.
The Patriots finally completed a drive with seven points after stalling out for two-plus quarters. Turnovers and boneheaded penalties have been a constant issue throughout the game.
Montgomery came wide open in the red zone for an easy short pass from Patriots quarterback Mac Jones. He got tripped up after snagging the pass, but he had enough space from defenders to roll the rest of the way to get some points on the board.

The Patriots are trying to climb out of a 17-point hole they dug for themselves in the first half of the game. To do it, they’ll have to overcome their division rivals at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami with their back clearly on the ropes.
