Two people were taken to hospital after a car was driven into a wall in Tameside. Emergency services attended the scene on Foundry Street, Dukinfield, on Monday afternoon (January 16).
Police, the fire service as well as paramedics from the North West Ambulance Service were called out to the collision, at around 4.15pm, following reports a car had ploughed into a wall at the roadside, close to the Morrisons supermarket.
Pictures from the scene show fire crews helping to free the two casualties from the car before they were later taken to hospital by paramedics to be checked over as a precaution.

A spokesperson for Greater Manchester Around 4.15pm this afternoon firefighters from Ashton and Leigh raced to Foundry Street in Dukinfield, where a road traffic collision between a car and a wall was reported.
"Two people were helped from the car by fire service and ambulance personnel. They were taken to hospital as a precaution. Firefighters made the scene safe and left after less than 30 minutes."
