Two more cases of potentially deadly mpox detected in UK

Two more UK cases of the potentially deadly strain of the mpox virus have been detected in household contacts of the first case, the Health Security Agency (UKHSA) has said.

This brings the total number of confirmed cases of the Clade lb mpox strain in the country to three.
