Two men made off with an undisclosed amount of money stolen from a cash-in-transit van in south Dublin yesterday evening.
The incident occurred outside Orwell Shopping Centre in Templeogue yesterday evening at around 6.20pm. The two men threatened a security staff member of the van outside of a shopping centre before they removed the safe with an angle grinder.
The suspects left the scene in a silver Ford Focus which was later found burnt out. Thankfully, none of the security staff were harmed.
