Britain's Foreign Office has summoned the Chinese ambassador after two individuals were found guilty of spying for China on British soil, security minister Dan Jarvis has confirmed.

A Border Force official and a retired Hong Kong police officer were convicted of carrying out “shadow policing” operations for China on Thursday.
