As part of the awards, the team has a category for the best bar in the country. Of the 12 nominees, there are three from Yorkshire which is great news. Leeds favourites Hedonist and Jake’s Bar and Still Room have been nominated alongside other Yorkshire venue Public in Sheffield.
For those who haven't paid them a visit, Hedonist, based in Leeds city centre, is an easy-going joint with an old-school vibe serving mixed drinks and champagne afternoon tea.
Jake’s has been serving in Leeds for over 15 years. They specialise in homemade liqueurs at the famous Call Lane spot.
