BHOPAL: A man and a woman were killed after their bike was hit by a car on Indore-Bhopal highway on Thursday.
SHO Khajuri Sandhya Mishra said that the accident took place around 12.30pm The man and woman riding on a bike were going towards Sehore. However, they suddenly stopped and took a turn. A car coming from behind rammed into them. Both were thrown on the road and severely injured. A woman in the car also sustained injuries.
The deceased woman was identified as Pratima Mehra, 38, a resident of Kargil Colony in Chhola and the deceased man was identified as Abdul Faimid, 45, a resident of Char Imli area.
