Top review site Tripadvisor has just announced the winners of its 2023 Travellers’ Choice Best of the Best “Things to Do” Awards and two Glasgow experiences have been named in the top list.
Analysing 12 months of Tripadvisor review data (May 1, 2022 - April 30, 2023) from millions of travellers across the globe, the website describes as a "definite guide to the very best activities and excursions this year".
And among the Scottish award winners, this year, are a football experience at one of the city's top football stadiums and a walking tour.
The Celtic Park Stadium Tour was named sixth in the UK's top 10, with the experience seeing guests being shown around the home of the Scottish champions and Gander Walking Tours, a local walking tour.

The Celtic Park Stadium Tour
Definitely one for the football fans, this guided tour offers exclusive access to parts of the stadium that are usually off-limits—including the dressing rooms, dugout, and players' tunnel.
Gander Walking Tours
This small-group tour provides a local perspective on Glasgow, with guides sharing fascinating stories about the city's history and architecture.
Other Scottish winners included Edinburgh's micro chocolate factory The Chocolatarium and the National Museum of Scotland.
