Two children were hospitalized after removing small, powerful magnets from the arms and legs of Jerify magnetic stick figure toys and swallowing them, federal regulators said. The China-based seller Colerinsec is recalling about 38,507 of the sets, which were sold on Amazon from October 2022 through May 2026, according to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission.
The recall was announced on Sept. 17. Because the toys were sold online nationwide, any family that ordered them could have a set on a shelf, in a toy bin, or stuck to the refrigerator.
