Two brave members of the public and emergency services have rescued a woman after her car entered the water off a harbour in Cork.
CorkBeo reports that both emergency services and Gardaí are on scene at the the incident that occurred along Carrigaline Road near Drake's Pool, Coolmore earlier on Sunday evening.
The emergency services on scene include several fire crews from both Carrigaline and Crosshaven that played a major role in the rescue effort.

The woman, who has since been taken to Cork University Hospital for an assessment, was the sole occupant of the vehicle and is understood to have escaped serious injury.
The brave pair who dived in after the woman are both said to have suffered some minor injuries to their feet.
A Garda spokesperson told CorkBeo: "Gardaí attended the scene of reports of a car in the water at Drake’s Pool, Coolmore, Carrigaline this evening Sunday, May 14, 2023.
"One woman was taken from the car and removed to CUH for treatment. Investigations ongoing."
