Twitter users get error messages as Elon Musk outlines new limits, blames A.I. data scraping: ‘Rate limit exceeded’

Elon Musk’s Twitter is hitting users with error messages, again.

On Saturday, visitors to its website were met with error messages such as “rate limit exceeded” and “cannot retrieve tweets.” That followed an issue on Friday in which users who were not logged in were redirected to a signup page.
