No matter what the Cincinnati Bengals ended up doing in the first round of the 2022 NFL draft, it was bound to create some massive reactions.
That’s what happens when a team that just played in the Super Bowl picks near the end of the draft and can go pretty much any which way while trying to improve what is already a contender of a roster.
It turns out the Bengals threw out a bit of a surprise by taking Michigan safety Daxton Hill, a guy who can play right away in key roles and has big upside for the future.
For the most part, the move earned generally positive reviews from fans and onlookers.
