TVS VENU's Atelier Expressions to acquire majority stake in Delhi's luxury mithai brand Khoya

Atelier Expressions, the premium lifestyle investment platform of TVS VENU, announced on July 10 that it has entered into an agreement to acquire a majority stake in Lonestar Hospitality Private Limited, the New Delhi-based luxury handcrafted mithai brand known as Khoya.

The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to be completed by the end of August 2026. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
