I'm a Celebrity: South Africa, 9 pm, ITV1

After three weeks of daring challenges and stomach-churning trials on the South African savannah, it’s time for the remaining campmates to face one last demanding night in the wilderness before chirpy hosts Ant & Dec name the first-ever winner of the pre-recorded spin-off series.

Which of the most memorable campmates of the past 20 years will be crowned the inaugural I’m a Celebrity… Legend?

Susan Calman's Grand Day Out, 8 pm, Channel 5

Susan hits the road in her vintage camper van, named after Helen Mirren, one of her heroines, for another series of fun adventures. This time, she explores the stunning valleys of Yorkshire, where her first stop is the stately home of Newby Hall in Skelton-on-Ure. There, Susan visits The Bear House, home to 1,000 vintage teddies including her childhood love, Fozzie Bear from The Muppet Show, and reveals that it was Fozzie and Billy Connolly who inspired her to become a stand-up comedian. Also on Susan’s itinerary is the magnificent York Minster cathedral in York and Bettys Cafe Tea Rooms and the spa in Harrogate.

High on a hilltop in Derbyshire stands the imposing Elizabethan country house Hardwick Hall, the first port of call in a fascinating restoration series. We see the house’s conservators examine a 400-year-old portrait of Queen Elizabeth I, before it is transported across the Atlantic to be exhibited in New York. Also making the trip is the remarkable Sea Dog Table, which is being eaten away by woodworm. Can the experts at the Royal Oak Foundation Conservation Studio – a sort of Repair Shop for priceless antiquities – stop the rot?

Eurovision Song Contest: Everyone's a Winner, 7:30 pm, BBC One

On the eve of the Eurovision final, Fleur East presents a countdown of the contest’s 20 most popular losers. Sam Ryder’s Space Man makes the list, of course, but there are surprises, including a dancing ape from Italy. Fleur is joined by celebrity superfans including Claire Sweeney, Duncan James and Lauren Layfield.
