Lorraine Kelly’s Norwegian Odyssey

8pm, Channel 4
Lorraine Kelly has packed her bikinis and balaclavas to embark on a dreamy three-part voyage across Norway. She’s a chirpy travel guide as she steers the ship herself in Ålesund, the gateway to the fjords, before cracking on with a busy itinerary of floating saunas, kayaking down the River Nid and mussel harvesting. She also explores the concept of friluftsliv: living in and embracing nature. Hollie Richardson

Spain With Michael Portillo

8pm, Channel 5
Asturias is one of Spain’s best-kept secrets – a small enclave on the northern coast surrounded by the Cantabrian mountains. Portillo excitedly takes us on a rare tour of the area in a vintage car, searching for a fiesta that boasts bagpipes and a grandad and granny of the year competition. HR

Allegiance

9pm, U&Alibi
Season one of this well-regarded Canadian drama has seen rookie cop Sabrina Sohal (Supinder Wraich) deal with racist colleagues, rising street violence and her dapper politician dad being accused of treason. In the tense finale, she rushes to locate a teen before he completes a bloody gang initiation. Graeme Virtue

Black Ops

9.30pm, BBC One
As series two of the funny thriller continues, Dom (Gbemisola Ikumelo) and Kay (Hammed Animashaun) fear that the security plans for Notting Hill carnival have fallen into seriously dangerous hands, courtesy of shady Steve (Ed Speleers). Can MI5’s most bumbling new recruits make things right before chaos strikes? Hannah J Davies

What We Do in the Shadows

10pm, BBC Two
Guillermo (Harvey Guillén) has a new job in the (allegedly) human world of high finance and both Nadja (Natasia Demetriou) and Nandor (Kayvan Novak) are determined it will go well for him – for entirely selfish reasons, obviously. Meanwhile, Laszlo (Matt Berry) is busy in his lab, reanimating a creature from dead body parts. Ellen E Jones

Piglets

10.05pm, ITV2
Despite some outrage over the title and lukewarm reviews, this daft sitcom about new police recruits returns for a second series. Can the Green Wing team pull it back? Madelyn Smedley – AKA Maddy from The Traitors – is a fun addition to the fresh recruits, with Mark Heap and Sarah Parish resuming their roles as the incompetent officers in charge of training. HR
