It’s the 10th series of Sewing Bee and time for a new host: Kiell Smith-Bynoe of Ghosts fame, who is making the role permanent after helming the Christmas special. To celebrate the passing of the baton, the latest batch of contestants are tasked with making 12 dolls of the original presenter, Claudia Winkleman. No, not really: it’s a repeat of the first challenge ever set on the show – making an A-line skirt with denim and contrast thread (to sneakily catch out any “wibbly wobbly” lines). Hollie Richardson

Another double bill of the Liverpool-set gymnastics thriller (it continues on Wednesday). We learn a lot more about Adam, who is living with his dad’s new well-to-do family, but worrying about his troubled mum and baby brother. Meanwhile, Kelly needs to rejoin gymnastics to help her dad, while Jessica asks for another dodgy prescription. HR
A League of Their Own: Mexican Road Trip

From the safety of his voiceover booth, Romesh Ranganathan sends off Jamie Redknapp, Jill Scott, Micah Richards and Maisie Adam (subbing in for Mo Gilligan) for this latest round of sports-based challenges, starting with a Lucha Libra wrestling event in Mexico City. A new series in which Green rubs shoulders with sloths, piranhas and more while exploring this rich but threatened ecosystem. He meets sustainable farmers, learns the Brazilian dance-cum-martial-art capoeira and braves a tightrope bridge 30 metres above the forest floor (which may induce flashbacks for those who have done a Go Ape course). While flat-hunting in Sweden, two siblings from a deeply religious Norwegian family meet a seller who looks uncannily like their sister, who died by suicide in 1988. You’ve not lived until you’ve seen a Paris arrondissement folded over on itself. Luckily, Christopher Nolan has got one to show you – and many more gobsmacking visual treats in his 2010 thriller, about a corporate espionage team that can infiltrate others’ dreams. Leonardo DiCaprio is their boss, given the job of implanting an idea in the brain of businessman Cillian Murphy, but in danger of falling into deeper and deeper dream states in the attempt.
