TV presenter Sarah Cawood has been diagnosed with breast cancer - but has shared a powerful message as she undergoes treatment.

The former Top of the Pops host, 50, rose to fame in the 90s hosting a whole host of TV shows - from Live & Kicking to The Girlie Show.

Sarah was diagnosed with stage one breast cancer last month. She lives with her husband Andy Merry and their son and daughter Hunter, ten, and Autumn, nine.
