TUI has shared an update to customers who have been affected by cancellations and delays in recent days.
The travel operator was forced to scrap several planned flights over the weekend — including one from Glasgow to Antalya — due to "a combination of factors causing significant operations disruptions".
It has now issued an apology and revealed that all passengers that have been impacted by cancellations will receive a £200 holiday voucher in addition to a full refund.
