A group of angry TUI customers have spoken of their food poisoning torment which they say completely wrecked their New Year stay at a four-star Lanzarote hotel.
Kazimierz Kurowski and Nicola Kurowska, 40, and their friends John and Joann Williams, booked an all inclusive holiday to Hotel Rio Playa Blanca.
But after handing over £3,000 for the holiday, it quickly turned to disaster when they fell ill just days after arriving.
