A Scots woman was left perplexed after she randomly noticed eight people smiling at her through the window.

Lanna Tolland had been laying on the sofa in her Glasgow home on Wednesday night when she spotted them outside her front gate.

Snapchat drug dealer found guilty of killing 'angel' Scots teen dancer after supplying her with Ecstasy

Tragic Cerys Reeve (UGC)

A teenage drug dealer is behind bars for killing a young dancer after he supplied her with Ecstasy.

James McCairn, 18, sold crystal MDMA to Cerys Reeve after advertising his illegal trade on Snapchat.

The 14 year-old tragically died after then taking the drug during a sleepover at a friend's house in Greenock, Inverclyde on July 13 2020.

First offender McCairn was today found guilty of culpable homicide following a trial at the High Court in Glasgow.

Scots woman who spent £3k on 'Turkey teeth' given serious warning by her dentist

A Scots woman trolled after spending £3,000 to get her teeth done in Turkey has been given a serious warning from her dentist.

Jak Reid, from Paisley, documented her travel abroad for the cosmetic work on TikTok, with critics branding her "silly' and a "wee girl" with "no brain".

Body found on Scots shoreline amid search for missing dad Shaun Banner

Police have confirmed a body has been found on a Scots shoreline amid the search for missing man Shaun Banner.

Officers from the Highlands and Islands Police Division made the tragic discovery at around 2pm this afternoon, June 14, on Shore Road West in Invergordon.

Formal identification has yet to take place, however the family of Shaun, 34, has been made aware.

DWP rejects call to give £650 cost of living payment to people on contribution-based ESA

The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) has rejected a call from Labour MP, Charlotte Nichols, to widen the eligibility scope for the one-off £650 Cost of Living Payment to include people on contribution-based Employment Support Allowance and other non-means tested benefits.

Last month, Chancellor Rishi Sunak announced a £15 billion package of further financial support for millions of households across the UK struggling to make their incomes stretch to cover the rising cost of living.
