VIJAYAWADA: Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams trust board member and former Tamil Nadu state protocol president for the Bharatiya Janata party Dr S Shankar questioned Tamil Nadu minister and actor Udayanidhi Stalin as to why the DMK party has been recommending persons to be nominated to the world renowned TTD trust board when their party wants to see the end of the Hindu Sanathana Dharma.
Speaking to reporters at Tirumala on Monday, Dr Shankar slammed Udayanidhi for likening the Sanathana Dharma with Malaria and Dengue and for appealing to the people of Tamil Nadu to unite forces to see the end of the Sanathana Dharma.
The TN minister's remarks has led to a major furore across the South Indian states and people from different walks of life have strongly condemned his remarks as immature and uncalled for.
