Cats are known for their chaotic goblin energy, but this video, which appears to be from Peru, has taken it to another level. Posted on Instagram by @infobazzarnet, the video features a short clip taken by a passerby of a cat resting in the middle of a busy, bustling street, almost like it owns the place. However, what appeared to be a normal clip of a cat soon turns bizarre.
