“Trust no man”: Yonna makes bold statement as Megan Thee Stallion ends relationship with Klay Thompson over trust

Megan Thee Stallion and Klay Thompson’s relationship has suddenly become a big talking point online after the rapper confirmed that the two are no longer together. The news became even bigger when Megan shared strong words about trust and loyalty, making it clear that she ended things because those values were broken. Her statement quickly spread across social media, and many fans started reacting to the breakup.

Popular streamer Yonna also shared her thoughts during her live stream on April 26. She spoke openly about relationships and trust, saying people should be careful before fully trusting someone. Her reaction came after Megan’s public message about ending her relationship with the Dallas Mavericks star. Klay Thompson has not responded yet, but the situation has already created major discussion among fans of both sports and entertainment.

Yonna shares strong opinion after Megan Thee Stallion says Klay Thompson broke her trust

During her stream, Yonna reacted strongly to Megan Thee Stallion’s breakup statement and said trust should never be given too quickly in relationships. She explained that people should protect themselves emotionally and let actions prove someone’s honesty.

She said, “Don’t say I don’t understand how this is my thing. You can really not trust no man like you just can’t. And it’s proven and proven time again, like it’s proven and proven time again. That’s why, whenever you get in a relationship, for all you little ones out there, for boys and girls, they need to prove to you treat them guilty until proven innocent.”

She then added another comment that caught even more attention. Yonna said, “Can I let you in my life? Like, can I let you know what I’m saying? Yada actually told me this. She said every man should start off in jail and prove why they should do that.”

According to Billboard, Megan Thee Stallion confirmed on April 25 that she had ended her relationship with Klay Thompson. She said, “I’ve made the decision to end my relationship with Klay. Trust, fidelity and respect are non-negotiable for me in a relationship, and when those values are compromised, there’s no real path forward. I’m taking this time to prioritize myself and move ahead with peace and clarity.”

On Instagram the same day, Megan also shared a message that suggested Klay had been unfaithful. She wrote that she had supported him through difficult moments and was hurt by how things ended.

The couple reportedly started dating in July 2025 and made their first public appearance together in New York during the same month. In a January interview with PEOPLE, Megan had spoken happily about the relationship and said she felt truly comfortable.

She said, “This is one of the first times that I’ve ever been just overly comfortable. I’m comfy, babe!” As of now, Klay Thompson has not made any public statement about the breakup.
