Donald Trump's reported 23-pound (10.43 kg) weight gain has become the latest target of brutal online mockery, with critics joking that his increasingly bulky appearance could be down to a 'loaded diaper' rather than anything more complicated.

The joke comes as doctors raise concerns over the president's growing waistline, after a White House medical report put his weight at 238 pounds (108 kg) in May, compared with the 215 (97.52 kg) pounds listed in his 2023 Georgia booking record.
