Fifa has told Donald Trump the US will host the 2031 Women’s World Cup, according to a top official in the White House administration.

The executive director of the White House’s World Cup Task Force, Andrew Giuliani, revealed in an interview that Fifa had already informed Trump the US would host the tournament in five years’ time.
