Trump takes aim at windmills again calling any country with them ‘a loser’

President Donald Trump has declared any country using wind turbines a 'loser' in his latest rant against windmills.
Speaking from the Oval Office on 3 August, he continued his criticism of wind power, which he has previously labelled 'monstrosities'.
Trump has also voiced concerns about the impact of wind turbines on tourism.
In 2012, he lost a legal battle concerning the construction of 11 turbines near his Aberdeenshire golf course.
The United States accounts for 14% of the world's wind energy capacity, with 166 countries and areas globally utilising wind turbines.
