Freedom Fuel Lawsuit Donald Trump the Freedom Fuel Network

Mansfield Oil Company filed a federal lawsuit alleging KRSM Inc. failed to pay $4 million for 1.1 million gallons of fuel supplied to gas stations in the Freedom Fuel Network.
The complaint claims KRSM offered significantly below-market gas prices across the Greater Philadelphia area because it never paid its supplier invoices.
Donald Trump had previously praised the Freedom Fuel Network on Truth Social for lowering pump prices for drivers amid rising fuel costs caused by conflicts with Iran.
KRSM denied the allegations, calling the lawsuit an accounting dispute over misplaced invoices, while a White House official said the administration had no contact with the firm.
Rising gas prices and ongoing Middle East conflicts remain key concerns for voters ahead of upcoming midterm elections that could impact the Republican congressional majority.
