Donald Trump's legal team is considering using the recent Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) opinion to challenge the New York hush money criminal verdict on appeal. A source familiar with the matter revealed that Trump's team believes the SCOTUS ruling could be leveraged to contest portions of Hope Hicks' testimony and some tweets that were presented as evidence during the trial.
