Trump Raises Fresh Questions About His Health After Joking That He Has 'Very Severe Problems'

Donald Trump joked that he had 'some very severe problems' while discussing why he does not drink, smoke or take drugs at a White House event on Thursday, 15 October. The US president then anticipated questions about the remark and said he was 'just having fun'.

Trump made the comments while addressing first responders and referring to Attorney General Todd Blanche, his former personal lawyer. He did not identify a medical condition or describe the unspecified 'problems' as health-related.
