Trump left JD Vance a secret 'If I Die' letter before his China trip, and the story is chilling after a senior counterterrorism official disclosed the existence of a confidential note written by President Donald Trump. The note contains instructions meant for Vice President JD Vance if the president dies during his time in office. The letter is kept inside a drawer of the Resolute Desk in the Oval Office and remains sealed unless an emergency occurs. The revelation came during a podcast discussion where officials also spoke about security threats, assassination concerns, and the administration’s updated counterterrorism priorities.
