Former President Donald Trump has endorsed a second GOP candidate in the primary for Washington’s 4th Congressional district. The aim is to challenge Rep. Dan Newhouse, one of ten Republicans who voted to impeach Trump in 2021 following the January 6 Capitol protests.

In a post on Truth Social before Tuesday’s vote, Trump expressed his support for Tiffany Smiley, describing her as a 'tremendous America First Candidate' for the district. Trump also reiterated his endorsement for Jerrod Sessler, emphasizing their alignment on key issues.
