US President Donald Trump discovered that he is a distant cousin of King Charles, with a recent newspaper investigation tracing a shared royal family line back through Scottish ancestry. Taking the opportunity to share the excerpt, he expressed his desire to "live in the Buckingham Palace" and said that he would talk to the the royal family about the same.
In a post on Truth Social, Trump wrote, "Wow, that’s nice. I’ve always wanted to live in Buckingham Palace!!! I’ll talk to the King and Queen about this in a few minutes!!!"
