President Trump announced on Sunday morning that his planned triumphal arch in Washington DC will now serve as a “top-grade military complex,” as reported by The Guardian. This shift in the project scope arrives following what the President described as the “strong request” of the US military.
The structure was originally framed as a monument to national greatness. The new design for the 250ft granite arch will feature specialized capabilities, including drone storage and ammunition facilities.
