Trump Calls Russia-Ukraine War a 'Loser,' Blames Zelenskyy for Russian Invasion: 'He Should Never Have Let That War Start'

In a new podcast appearance, former President Donald Trump called Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy "the greatest salesman" before blaming him for letting the Russo-Ukrainian War begin.

Patrick Bet-David, an Iranian immigrant and veteran turned entrepreneur, released a new episode of his "PBD Podcast," featuring Trump. In it, he said the Biden Administration is "so bad" with money before attacking Zelenskyy.

"I think Zelenskyy is one of the greatest salesman I've ever seen. Every time he comes in we give him $100 billion. Who else got that kind of money in history? There's never been," Trump said.

He continued by saying it's not that he doesn't want to help Ukrainians because he feels "very badly for those people."

"But," Trump continued, "he should never have let that war start. That war's a loser."

Trump also claimed President Biden "instigated that war."

"If we had a president with half a brain, it would've been easier. Everyone is saying, 'oh, this is terrible he's blaming Biden.' Well, I do largely blame Biden," he added.

The conversation arose while Bet-David and Trump were discussing Elon Musk's claim that the country would be "essentially finished" if Kamala Harris is elected president.
