During the recent testimony, Trump attorney Susan Necheles focused on a line of questioning regarding checks sent from the Trump Organization to a White House employee. The witness, Madeleine Westerhout, had testified the day before about the process of checks being delivered to the White House.
Necheles probed Westerhout about her knowledge of how personal items for the President were handled upon her arrival at the White House. Westerhout responded that she did not have knowledge of this process.
