President Donald Trump's approval rating remains at the lowest point of his political career, while Hispanic voters who helped return him to the White House are moving sharply toward Democrats ahead of November's midterm elections, according to a new poll.
The Reuters/Ipsos national survey found that 32% of Americans approve of Trump's performance as president, unchanged from a poll from the same organization that also registered a career low for Trump.
