Donald Trump was photographed aboard Air Force One studying a poster board that appeared to reference the Kennedy Center and possibly the word 'demolished', as the venue faced closure and a continuing legal fight over his name.
The photographs, taken on Wednesday 16 September 2026 at Joint Base Andrews in Maryland, offer no clear explanation of the document's purpose. The text is partly obscured, its full wording has not been established, and neither the White House nor Trump has said what it proposed.
