Trump Accuses Obama Of Sabotaging Biden's Re-Election Bid

Former U.S. President Trump holds a campaign rally ahead of New Hampshire primary election, in Atkinson

Former President Trump recently criticized former President Obama for allegedly 'sabotaging' President Biden's 2024 re-election bid, claiming it was an unprecedented move in American politics. Trump expressed his views during a call-in show where he discussed various issues, including Biden's ousting and ongoing early voting across all 50 states.

Trump's comments came in response to Obama's remarks at a Harris campaign rally, where Obama took credit for the strong economy during Trump's term, stating that it was 'his economy.' Trump accused Obama of leading Biden off the stage and sabotaging his campaign, calling it a terrible act that had never happened before in American politics.

Biden withdrew from 2024 race after poor debate performance.

Biden withdrew from the 2024 race in July after a poor debate performance against Trump, leading to Vice President Kamala Harris becoming the Democratic Party's nominee, endorsed by Biden himself. Trump expressed concerns about Harris potentially being worse than Biden, particularly in handling global affairs.

Early voting has seen significant turnout in key swing states like North Carolina and Georgia, with Trump praising the enthusiasm among voters. He highlighted the strong early voting numbers in these states, indicating a potential advantage for his campaign.

As of Tuesday, over 1.8 million of Georgia's 7.2 million active voters had already cast their ballots, setting a record for pre-Election Day turnout. Similar trends were observed in North Carolina and South Carolina, with both states surpassing their previous Day 1 voting thresholds.

Both presidential candidates are actively campaigning in Georgia, with Harris scheduled to appear in Atlanta alongside Obama, while Trump will participate in multiple events, including a religious gathering and an evening rally in Duluth.

Trump criticized his opponents for taking time off, contrasting it with his relentless campaign efforts. He emphasized the importance of winning the election, stating that the future of the country was at stake.

With the election drawing near, both campaigns are intensifying their efforts to secure crucial swing states and mobilize voters for the final push towards Election Day.
